Total Insurance Comparison or Total Insurance are a trading name of SLGM Ltd.

SLGM will investigate all complaints fully and impartially.

What to do if you have a complaint?

If you have a complaint about our service, we ask that you use the form located by clicking here. This will ensure you complaint is passed to the correct department for handling.

We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 working days. Where this is not possible, we will provide you with a response explaining the delay to our response.

Once we have completed a full investigation of the complaint raised, we will offer you a final response.

If you are not happy with our response, depending on the nature of your complaint, you may be eligible to complain to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). You can contact them on 0800 0234567. They are located at Exchange Tower, Harbour Exchange Square, London, E14 9SR.

If your complaint is regarding an insurance broker who you found via our website, then you should complain directly to the broker of which your grievance is with. SLGM are not able to handle complaints or offer comment on behalf of the broker.
